My partner and I were assisted by Malcolm in the first instance, followed by Chris at Hullmoneyman for our mortgage application. As first-time buyers, we were naturally slightly apprehensive about the whole process but Malcolm and Chris in particular presented the information in both an understandable and reassuring manner. The Hullmoneyman team were always available to answer the inevitable questions and queries that come with mortgages, as well as providing a proactive approach in processing our application. Chris remained our point of contact throughout the process and proved to be a friendly and informative advisor (whether it be morning, noon or night!)
