The first step is to book yourself in for a free initial mortgage appointment. Our team are available 7 days a week from early until late so you can book your appointment at a time that suits you, subject to availability.
After you have attended your free initial mortgage appointment and have spoken with your mortgage advisor for Newland Avenue, they will then take the information you have provided them with in the appointment to find a mortgage product that is tailored to your situation. Our team will search through our large panel of lenders who offer both high street and specialist products.
When you are happy with the recommendation and would like to pursue the proposed product, we will then kickstart preparing your mortgage application. At this time, you will be allocated a case manager who will help you organise the required documents for your application. As soon as everything is sorted, we will then send your application off!
