The first step is to book your free initial mortgage appointment. You can select an appointment date and time, 7 days a week. We work to your schedule so that you can book a time that is easier for you.
Once you attend your free initial mortgage appointment and have spoken with your mortgage advisor in Sutton, they will search for the perfect mortgage product for you. They will look at your personal and financial situation to determine what mortgage products you are able to access. They will then present you with their recommendation.
If you want to take the mortgage out, we can continue to the next step of preparing your mortgage application. You will be assigned a dedicated case manager from here who will help you prepare the necessary documents for your application. Once you are ready to go and have everything in place, we can send it off!
All that is left is waiting for a response from the lender. Once we have the good news, we will be in touch immediately. You can now go and collect your keys and start moving into your new home.
