Today we would like to take a moment, to recognise the achievements of our employees, reflecting on their determination and attitude to work. We like to reward people for going above and beyond when it comes to both clients and colleagues, ensuring they feel valued and acknowledged.
With that in mind, we’d like to show you our October 2019 Company Champions.
After providing a top-quality 5-Star Service, there’s nothing better than receiving a review from a happy customer. Being a member of our Mortgage Administrators, Laura has one of the more personable jobs. This means she is with the customer every step of the way, always on the phone and making sure the customer is “in the know”.
It’s no wonder then that she received the highest volume of reviews this month from her customers, something of which we’re very proud of!
Cathy was nominated for her caring nature this month. Whilst fellow Mortgage Advisor Wayne Dewsbury was off, Cathy took it upon herself to help out with some of his cases, something of which he greatly appreciated. She was also nominated by Company Director Malcolm Davidson, for always putting her customers first, ensuring most leave with a tailored protection plan.
As a company, we’ve experienced first-hand the importance of protecting our customers against unforeseen circumstances. In these times financial stability can be a point of uncertainty, so it’s nice to know you’ll have the right cover in place.
All we could ever ask for is that our Mortgage Advisors demonstrate positivity, care for the customer and provide a 5-Star Mortgage Advice service. These are just some of the reasons why Denise was nominated for 2nd place. Denise, much like Cathy, always puts her customers first and ensures they get the best possible service.
This was reflected in email feedback from customers, who were very pleased with their appointments and the service throughout. Such feedback came from First-Time Buyers who were overjoyed that Denise had helped them with their first home, to various other customers who pointed out how knowledgeable she is, and how good of a listener she is.
This is exactly the sort of service we want our customers to receive, and we’re thoroughly impressed with Denise for this.
For the first time ever, we had an entire team nominated for recognition. Our Sales Quality team are often the unsung heroes of our company, often left out of reviews at the end of the process. These are the people who double and triple check both your information and the advisors, ensuring this is a path you can realistically take going forward.
They spend countless hours reading, re-reading and reading again, making sure everything is as accurate as necessary. They’re always under a great deal of pressure to fill out documents, call up both lenders and customers, keeping the ball rolling as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
They’re one of the key reasons we’re able to provide such a high level of customer service. It’s all of this and more, why we felt it absolutely necessary to honour them this month with our 1st place position.
