These are currently the four most viewed properties in Hull.

They range from a three-bedroom semi detached property in Jensen Mews, off Boothferry Road in west Hull, to a three-bedroom end terrace house in Kingswood.

All of them have received hundreds of views on property selling website Zoopla in the past 30 days.

With more than 2,300 views in the past month, this house in Hull has attracting the most attention on Zoopla.

The three-bedroom “family home” up for £170,000 has a “huge” master bedroom, according to estate agent Symonds and Greenham.

The property, off Boothferry Road, is described as “very well decorated throughout” and boasts a “modern” kitchen/diner, a living room, a downstairs toilet, three double bedrooms with the master and its en-suite shower-room taking up the entire second floor, a family bathroom, a generous rear garden and a driveway providing off-street parking.

Michael Hoe, who owns the property, said: “The master bedroom is a stand-out feature because of the size of it and it has an en-suite.

“I think it would be perfect for a young family but you can have anyone in there really,” he said. “All the rooms are a good size.

“We have had it from when it was first built in 2012. We will be sad to leave it.

“You can move in with a couch and TV and you are set.”

2. Three-bed terraced house in Swinderby Garth, Bransholme – £85k

It says the property has “so much space you won’t know what to do with it” – and hundreds of people seem to agree, as it has attracted more than 2,100 views in the past month.

It has a “beautiful” bathroom, “stunning” kitchen and dining room and a “generous” rear garden.
